Place the Top4MA® tray in position and mark
drainage position on floorboards. |
Step 2 |

Mark section of floor to be cut. Remove this section
of floor using a circular saw set to the depth of the
floorboards. Connect to waste body using 2" solvent
weld waste pipe. |
Step 3 |

Secure metal tray to joists by using adhesive and
screws. Fix outer perimeter of tray to flooring
through pre-drilled holes.
The floor strengthening process is now complete. |
Step 4 |
 |
Apply strips of adhesive onto base of metal tray
and over the screws. Connect waste to Top4MA®
using silicone sealer and place into metal tray. Walk
on Top4MA® to fully bed down. Fix drywall screws
through Top4MA® into floorboard as above.
At this stage Installation time is approx 1 hour. |
Step 5 |

Clad all walls with Tongue & Groove Aqua4MA™
waterproof panels, screwed to studs at 6" Centres.
Solvent weld all butt joints and tongue and groove
joints with the solvent supplied. |
